This is an easy way to save money a little at a time throughout the year. Here’s how it works:
- You choose the amount you wish to save.
- We divide that amount by 26 payments and transfer that amount from your checking or savings account into your Christmas Club savings account every two weeks.
- At the end of the Christmas Club term, your savings will be direct deposited in your checking or savings account in mid-October.

We call it a Christmas Club and many customers do use it for Christmas but some use it for other things – for vacation, for big ticket purchases, or even as a way to beef up their emergency fund each year. This is a deposit only account and there is a $20 fee if you choose to close the account early. That means it’s a great way to save money and not touch it until you’ve reached your goal!

Current Christmas Club customers should expect to receive their Christmas Club savings the week of October 12. Christmas Club gifts can be picked up at any of our local branches after October 15.
Our customers who use Christmas Club love it because it makes saving for holiday spending simple. Saving a little bit each month is much easier than doling out a large amount at one time or incurring credit card debt for gift spending. Your Christmas Club will automatically renew each year unless you ask us to stop or request a change in your savings amount.
