A Message From Our President On COVID-19

At VCNB, our customers are like family. Like you, we’ve been following the news and focusing on ways to keep our employees and customers healthy and safe. We are encouraging our employees to monitor their own health and to practice good hygiene to prevent the spread of germs. We are also taking steps to clean our common areas and restrooms more frequently to keep the bank as safe as possible for everyone.

You can access accounts, transfer funds, open accounts and apply for a loan online. You can even deposit a check using the mobile app and skip the post office using Online Bill Pay.

  1. Mr. Erslan,
    I have been a client for close to 30 years. In 1996 I borrowed 650k in the form of an SBA loan and paid it all back. We have numerous accounts at Canal with decent amounts invested. I want to know why I could not get anyone to return my phone calls about the PPP? I left a half a dozen messages over 3 days when PPP was started up. I even called two other VCNB employees in an attempt to find information on the program and submit an application. They both said they would e-mail or leave a message to get in touch with me. One was in McArthur and one in Canal. I never heard back. Not one word. I don’t know how you could defend such poor performance. So much
    for building community relationships.
