That’s all fine and dandy… But how do I check the balance on the card? I have a vcnb MasterCard gift card and there is no way to check the balance. I’ve called the number on the back of the card and there were was no option to check balance. I’ve also looked all over your website and still nothing. What gives? How am I supposed to check the balance?
Hi Kaylee. I’m sorry you are experiencing problems with this. When you call the number on the back of the card, the menu is supposed to give you the option to check balance. You should be able to dial 1.866.496.6183 and follow the menu prompts to check your balance. You can also check your balance online at http://www.myprepaidbalance.com.
